Our Founder

Kellen Shelton is the founder and CEO of Quad Stone Tax Services, a company dedicated to helping individuals, entrepreneurs, and small businesses navigate tax compliance with confidence and clarity. Mr. Shelton brings a strategic and analytical approach to tax preparation and financial oversight.

Prior to founding Quad Stone Tax Services, Mr. Shelton served as a Revenue Agent and Tax Auditor with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). At the IRS, Mr. Shelton conducted financial audits of individuals and small businesses (ranging from $40,000 - $10 million).

Mr. Shelton earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Tuskegee University, an MBA in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University, with certificates in Project Management and Accounting from Champlain College.

Mr. Shelton is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), credentials that reflect advanced expertise in financial analysis, anti-fraud, and compliance.
